After making great wine for other people, Chris and Bart decided to make great wine for themselves. Sourcing grapes solely from organic vineyards gives them full control over the process.
Organics was the obvious choice, with Bart Arnst one of New Zealand's leading organic vineyard consultants. Chris Darling brings over 25 years of winemaking experience, both internationally and in New Zealand.
